Birth Control Pills

Tilia Fe

While currently not available at Nurx™, Tilia Fe is a combination hormone-based birth control pill. By tricking your body into believing that you’re pregnant, it helps to prevent pregnancy. It is a generic birth control pill and therefore often more affordable, especially if you don’t have health insurance coverage.

Syeda

Syeda is a combination hormone-based birth control. By tricking your body into thinking that it’s pregnant, it helps to prevent pregnancy. However, it also has other positive side effects, including treating acne, preventing ovarian cysts, and treating PMDD. Not bad for one pill!

Our team at Nurx can prescribe Syeda at special request, or can offer the generic equivalent Drospirenone-Ethinyl Estradiol for as low as $0 with insurance or as little as $20 without insurance.

Sronyx

Sronyx is a hormone-based birth control medication. Here at Nurx™, we like to recommend Sronyx because, in addition to preventing pregnancy, it also can make periods more regular and less painful, treat acne, and prevent ovarian cysts. Not bad for one prescription! Our team at Nurx can prescribe Sronyx at special request, or can offer the generic equivalent Lutera for as low as $0 with insurance or as little as $15 without insurance.

Rivelsa

If you want a birth control pill that also makes your periods less frequent and painful, check out Rivelsa. Rivelsa combines two hormones, estrogen and progestin, to prevent ovulation, therefore preventing pregnancy. Unfortunately at this time, Nurx does not offer Rivelsa.

In addition to preventing pregnancy, Rivelsa can also treat acne, ovarian cysts, and endometriosis. Rivelsa is not for you if you’re breastfeeding or pregnant. Contact our experts to help you find the best birth control pill for you and your body.

Reclipsen

Reclipsen is a type of combination hormone-based birth control. It works by tricking your body into thinking it’s pregnant, therefore helping to prevent you from getting pregnant. In addition to preventing pregnancy, Reclipsen also can help treat acne, prevent ovarian cysts, and make periods more regular and less painful. Our team at Nurx can prescribe Reclipsen at special request, or can offer the generic equivalent Apri for as low as $0 with insurance or as little as $20 without insurance.

Reclipsen is not right for you if you have a history of blood clots or a family history of blood clotting disorders.
