  • Is Rajani Easy to Get?

In a word? Yes! However, Rajani is only available by prescription. At Nurx™, we work hard to provide easy, affordable access to birth control medication like Rajani. You can work with our medical experts online to identify whether Rajani is the right medication for you, then have your prescription delivered to your door. No more waiting in line at the pharmacy!

Nurx™ is safe and keeps your medical information absolutely private. We work with many health insurance providers and are adding more to the list all the time. Even if you don't have access to health insurance, we can work with you to find an affordable option. Rajani may be an affordable option for you since it is the generic version of Beyaz.

  • What Precautions Should I Take Before Starting Rajani?

Like any prescription medication, you should talk with your doctor or our experts before you start taking Rajani. Share your complete medical history, including any known allergens, as well as a history of adrenal gland problems, blood clots or blood clotting disorders, high blood pressure, diabetes, gallbladder problems, or depression. Rajani could also make it harder to control your blood sugar levels if you have diabetes, so check your blood sugar levels on a regular basis and inform your doctor immediately if you have symptoms of high blood sugar.

  • Does Rajani Have Known Side Effects?

Like many medications, Rajani has some known side effects. These include vomiting, headaches, nausea, breast tenderness, and abdominal cramps or bloating. It may raise your blood pressure, so check your blood pressure on a regular basis.

There are also some more serious, but rare, side effects that may include mental/mood changes, symptoms of a high potassium level, and blood clots. Seek medical help immediately if you experience shortness of breath, slurred speech, weakness on one side of the body, sudden changes in your vision, chest/left arm/jaw pain, or if you experience the symptoms of a serious allergic reaction. While these side effects can sound scary, don't forget that they are rare.

  • Can I Take Rajani With Other Medications?

In general, yes, but make sure you provide your doctor with a full list of all of the medications you're taking to avoid potential interactions. Interactions with other drugs or supplements could make Rajani less effective or cause negative effects.

Products that could interact with Rajani include combination products used to treat chronic hepatitis, boceprevir, ospemifene, tamoxifen, aromatase inhibitors, tranexamic acid, and atazanavir/cobicistat.

The hormone drospirenone may raise potassium levels, so make sure to talk to your doctor if you regularly take products that also raise your potassium levels, such as NSAIDs, angiotensin receptor blockers, ACE inhibitors, and aliskiren.

  • Does Rajani Treat Acne?

Yes! Rajani is indicated for the treatment of moderate acne. Many Rajani users love this positive side effect!

  • Why Does Ranjani Contain a Folate Supplement?

Rajani contains a folate supplement, which is a B vitamin that women who plan to get pregnant take to prevent spinal cord defects. The folate supplement lowers this risk if you become pregnant while taking Rajani or soon after you stop taking it.
