*Terms and conditions of offer: The “Commit to Clear Skin Challenge” offer (“Offer”) is subject to the following conditions: the patient (a) currently has an active subscription for acne or rosacea treatment that has been active for the last six (6) consecutive months; (b) opts in to the challenge between January 2, 2024 and January 31, 2024 by clicking on campaign page linked in the ‘Commit to Clear Skin Challenge’ text message or email ; and (c) sends at least one (1) message to their provider through the Nurx messaging portal within their logged in account during their six (6) months of being an active patient.
