Propranolol also works by slowing your heart rate and relaxing blood vessels. This decreases blood pressure, lowers your heart rate, and allows your body to respond better in stressful situations.
What are the side effects of hydroxyzine?

Side effects of propranolol are generally rare and mild, but if you experience them, talk to your provider. Side effects most commonly associated with use of propranolol include dizziness, fatigue, diarrhea, cold hands, and cold feet.
How do I take propranolol?
