How do I change the refill date for my medication?

To change your refill date, login to your account through the website or app, click on the account icon and then click Subscriptions. In the Subscription screen scroll to Next Refill and click change. On the next screen you can reschedule your refill. If you are moving your refill forward and are paying with insurance, your insurance might not cover an earlier refill. If that’s the case, you have the option to pay out-of-pocket.
