Where can I get a blood pressure reading?

If you haven’t had a recent blood pressure reading at your physician’s office there are a couple of ways to get a reading.

 

  1. If you are due for a yearly physical, schedule an appointment with your physician and ask for your blood pressure reading during the physical.
  2. Contact your local fire station to see if they offer blood pressure readings. Most fire stations actually offer free blood pressure readings, making it the lowest cost option.
  3. Many pharmacies provide machines that let you measure your blood pressure for a low cost. Use these links to search for a convenient blood pressure reading at a pharmacy near you:
