If USPS indicated that your package is being returned to sender, first confirm that the delivery address is accurate in the address section of your Profile. If it is not, please update your information accordingly.
Once your package is received back at our facility, a member of our team will reach out to notify you and assist in processing a new order to your updated address. Please keep in mind that returned packages are downgraded in shipping priority, so it may take a few weeks to be returned. You can follow the tracking status of your returned package via the original tracking information for your order. If you would like to purchase an additional pack until your returned package can be reshipped, please send us a message through your Nurx messenger.
