Employees use a unique promo code to access service(s) of their choice

When employees complete an initial intake survey, they will also upload all relevant insurance information. Then they sign-up for their service(s) of choice. Employees’ insurance typically covers the cost of medication and lab testing. For employees who choose not to use their insurance, we offer low cost options as well.
