Yes, as with a visit to a doctor’s office all patients pay for a medical consultation with our services. This includes your initial consultation as well as unlimited messaging with our medical team for the length of your prescription, during which you can request prescription changes or ask questions with regard to that specific service. The consultation fee is often less than a co-pay for an in-person doctor visit and is similar to or more affordable than those charged other digital healthcare companies. Please note that at this time, we do not submit claims to insurance for the medical consult fee. We also do not offer refunds for the consultation if we can’t approve your request for a prescription or home testing kit.
