What if I want to transfer my prescription(s) to my local pharmacy?

If you would like to receive your prescription(s) from your local pharmacy, please reach out to your Nurx provider after transferring your account to Nurx.

If you have not yet transferred your account to Nurx, please have your preferred pharmacy contact our Nurx-affiliated pharmacy.  You will need to instruct your preferred pharmacy to call 888-407-8015 or fax 866-277-1796 to transfer your prescription.  Pharmacy law may prohibit the transfer of more than one refill to your local pharmacy. The information your preferred pharmacy will need to share includes:

  • Preferred pharmacy name
  • Name
  • Date of birth
  • Medication name
