This State Privacy Law Addendum (“Addendum”) provided by Propel Network LLC and its affiliates, including certain affiliated professional entities and Propel Pharmacy, LLC (“Nurx” "Company" or "We") supplements the information contained in Nurx Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy” or “Policy”) and describes our privacy principles and practices under certain state laws. The following state-specific privacy notices are incorporated into this Addendum:

California Resident Privacy Noticedescribes rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

Colorado Resident Privacy Notice describes rights under the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA).

Connecticut Resident Privacy Notice describes rights under the Connecticut Data Privacy Act.

Nevada Resident Privacy Notice describes rights under the Nevada Consumer Health Data Privacy Law.

Utah Resident Privacy Notice describes rights under the Utah Consumer Privacy Act.

Virginia Resident Privacy Notice describes rights under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA).

Washington Resident Privacy Notice describes rights under the Washington My Health My Data Act.

To the extent there is any inconsistency between the terms of the Nurx Privacy Policy and the state-specific privacy notices, the terms of the state-specific privacy notices control.
