Nurx offers at home test kits for common STIs with or without insurance.
We offer treatment for STIs that can be treated with oral antibiotics, which includes most cases of chlamydia and trichomoniasis. We will work closely with all patients who receive a positive test result to determine the best next steps, such as when in-person care is needed.
Why doesn’t Nurx offer treatment for all STIs?
We follow the recommendations of the CDC and other medical organizations that review available data to determine the best treatment options for STIs. Certain STIs (syphilis, gonorrhea) usually require treatment administered by injection. Nurx medical providers have the resources to direct patients to providers or clinics where such care can be obtained.
