Never take Maxalt with MAO inhibitors, such as isocarboxazid, linezolid, methylene blue, moclobemide, phenelzine, procarbazine, rasagiline, safinamide, selegiline, and tranylcypromine, as they could lead to a lethal reaction. When taking other triptan drugs, you may need to space out your doses to avoid any serious side effects.
