When you request a prescription and choose to pay with insurance we offer you the option to get your credit card charged automatically if your insurance rejects the claim or there’s another issue — this prevents any delay in getting you your medication. If you opt-in to the option to have your credit card charged automatically, you can change that setting at any time by logging in to your Nurx account, clicking Account and then choosing Subscriptions.
