What do I do if my medication is a non-covered item on my insurance plan?

We will notify you through our messaging system, and you can work with our provider to find a medication that is covered. We suggest calling your insurance first to see what is covered so that the provider knows what medications are options for you.

Alternatively, to avoid any delay in taking your medication, we can process your order as “out of pocket” and you can request reimbursement directly from your plan. We do not handle the processing of your insurance payor’s reimbursement form.
