How do I cancel an order?

All initial orders are final after you complete checkout. Once you complete checkout, the first shipment is final and cannot be canceled.

This is because once you place the order, the process moves quickly to get you your medication as promptly as possible.

You can cancel a refill order by messaging Nurx™ through your Nurx messenger or by calling 800-321-NURX between 9 am – 5 pm EST Monday through Friday.

A refill order is confirmed canceled if the Nurx™ Customer Care Team messages you confirming that the order has been canceled.

Modifying or canceling a refill:

If you wish to modify or cancel a refill (subscription), you must notify Nurx within 48 hours of receiving the reminder message that your refill is being prepared. You will be notified that the order is being prepared via a message to your Nurx account that confirms your address and billing information. To successfully cancel a refill, just message Nurx within 48 hours of receiving this confirmation.

You can also cancel your refill order before receiving the reminder message, by messaging Nurx through your Nurx inbox or by calling 800-321-NURX. The order is confirmed cancelled when the Nurx Customer Care Team messages you confirming that the order has been canceled.

Once the package is dispensed by the pharmacy, the order is final and cannot be returned or refunded. Federal law prohibits pharmacies from accepting returns or exchanges on prescriptions, to protect the integrity of the medication and the health of our patients. If you think you received an order in error, are experiencing delays with a shipment, or have questions about your order, please send Nurx a message or call 800-321-6879, Monday and Friday 9 am – 5 pm EST.
